Explanation:

Damiana, the love herb, is a mysterious herb with libido-enhancing and psychoactive effects. It has been popular in Mexico for centuries for its medicinal properties in treating numerous ailments. In the West, Damiana is best known as an aphrodisiac and for its slightly cannabis-like effects.

Use:

Add 1 gram to a cup of boiling water and let it steep for 5 minutes. Add a little honey, if desired, and drink it. Take it about half an hour to an hour before the desired effect, preferably on an empty stomach.
