Return Policy
It may occasionally happen that you want to return a product because it may not meet your expectations. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. As soon as you meet our return conditions, you will be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs within 14 days. Only the costs for return shipments are for your own account.
We try to describe our products as accurately as possible with text and images so that you can order the right products. However, some materials may show slight variations. Please note that the color of the displayed product is also affected by your monitor settings.
It is good to report that sealed products with a limited shelf life (hygiene, custom products, etc.) that have been opened cannot be returned. You can always contact us for questions about our products. See below if you are eligible for a return shipment:
Exchange order
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange the ordered products. You can complete the order according to our right of withdrawal return and re-order the products yourself in our webshop. View our return conditions below.
Return order
We will do our best to process returns within 14 days. Return shipments must meet the following conditions. Do they not meet the conditions below? Then it will be refused and we are inclined to send it back to the buyer. The costs of this are for your own account.
Conditions of your return shipment
- Make sure that the products are unused, sealed, in the original box, properly packaged and returned to us within 14 working days.
- Make sure that no damage occurs to the original packaging and that the original packaging is sealed, provided that it concerns products with a limited shelf life (hygiene, customized products, etc.).
- If the product or packaging arrives damaged, we are inclined to depreciate it. Therefore, treat our products with care.
- Since we do not have a pick-up location, it is not possible to return returns yourself.
- Register using the registration form below so that we can easily process your return. Unregistered returns will not be processed and will be returned. The costs of this are again for your own account. Register quickly and easily below!

Cancel order
Have you changed your mind and would you like to cancel the order? Then that is possible, provided that the order has not been processed in our warehouse. Only then are you eligible for free cancellation of your order. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can cancel your order in time.
Received a wrong order?
Did you accidentally receive the wrong order? First of all we would like to apologize for this! If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can still send the correct order.

Received a defective product?
It can sometimes happen that a product breaks down during transport. That is why it is important to always check your order carefully as soon as it has been delivered. If your product has arrived defective, we advise you to take a clear photo of it and immediately call our customer service so that we can help you further.
Note: Damage during transport must be reported to us within 1 working day after receipt.
