This dietary supplement contains alfalfa and hibiscus, among other things. The alfalfa plant is naturally rich in a wide range of vitamins, including A, D, E, K, and even all forms of vitamin B. Each of the individual vitamins has various properties that can be beneficial to the body and contribute to good health. Alfalfa also contains important minerals such as biotin, calcium, folic acid, iron, magnesium, and potassium. Alfalfa supports metabolism, among other things. The antioxidants in the hibiscus flower protect healthy cells and tissues and help support the body's vitality.

Burdock root (Arctium lappa) is traditionally used as a natural blood purifier and stimulates the body's drainage. This extract contributes to the function of the urinary tract and has a diuretic effect.

Slippery Elm Bark has the unique property of reducing air or gas retention in the gastrointestinal tract. This helps with bloating. Slippery Elm Bark also supports (healthy) digestion.

Use:

For a cure, take 2 capsules per day for 5 consecutive days with 2 or 3 glasses of water. Do not take more than 5 capsules in 24 hours. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. During this course, drink at least 10 glasses of water a day to hydrate the body. Avoid alcohol as it is dehydrating. Urinate regularly.
